Extend your wellness years and life expectancy by practicing better daily health habits substantiated in the best published research. Learn about the remarkable increase in life expectancy found with fitness, active social life, diet, and restful sleep. Healthy habits also decrease the seven major pathways of aging, which lead to the major diseases of aging. Why do women live an average of five years longer than men? Combining several healthy habits has been shown to increase lifespan a remarkable 14 years for women and 12 years for men. Bioidentical hormones decrease mortality rates in some studies especially when given within 10 years of menopause.

SPEAKER BIO:

Dr. Alfred Scopp received his undergraduate degree with honors from Cornell, master’s degree from Yale, and Ph.D. from Duke in Neuropsychology and biomedical statistics. Dr. Scopp co-founded and co-directed Northern California Headache Clinic for 38 years where he has treated over 3,000 patients. Since 2018 he has taught Longevity Science to physicians and the public.
