Rebecca Magnason, Founder/President of She Sings®

Rebecca Magnuson is a singer-songwriter, composer, concert pianist, and playwright whose journey is one of survival, strength, and unwavering determination. Her She Sings®: A Soaring Musical and its documentary counterpart, She Sings®: Surviving the Narcissist, work together to give a voice to women overcoming abuse. In addition to owning the award winning She Sings® Cafe, Restaurant and Bar in Mayville, NY, Rebecca is also the founder of She is Safe of Chautauqua County, a nonprofit that provides essential support to women facing crises in the community and surrounding areas. For her impact in business and advocacy, Rebecca was honored with the New York State Small Business Administration’s Phoenix Entrepreneur of 2024 Award, out of 24,000 businesses, for her entrepreneurial successes.
