DESCRIPTION:
In this tasting, we will be going off the beaten path to explore two compelling wines grown at higher elevations. We will discuss why the higher ground can produce wines that have a fresher profile and which regions and grapes deserve to be on your radar.
BIOGRAPHY:
This tasting will be led by Tyler Colman, Ph.D., also known as Dr. Vino. Tyler is a wine writer, the author of two wine books who has also contributed to numerous outlets including Food & Wine, The New York Times, The World of Fine Wine and Wine & Spirits. Tyler is a wine educator who has taught at both NYU and the University of Chicago. Now he’s leading food, wine, and culture tours in Europe as Tylermade Tours.
