DESCRIPTION:
Pairing wines with the bird, side dishes, and relatives creates an annual conundrum. This year we crack the code by trying two domestic wines that will dazzle your friends and relatives.
BIOGRAPHY:
This tasting will be led by Tyler Colman, Ph.D., also known as Dr. Vino. Tyler is a wine writer, the author of two wine books who has also contributed to numerous outlets including Food & Wine, The New York Times, The World of Fine Wine and Wine & Spirits. Tyler is a wine educator who has taught at both NYU and the University of Chicago. Now he’s leading food, wine, and culture tours in Europe as Tylermade Tours.
